About Us

Ryan – Owner

Ryan grew up in the Tri-Cities and left to study construction management
at Washington State University, while attending school he began workingPicture in various construction disciplines including; framing, ironworking, roofing, and landscaping. After returning to the Tri-Cities Ryan persued an electrical career and became a journeyman in both residential and commercial, and later gained his electrical administrators license.  His experience in the construction industry andhis eye for detail  drives Built Construction and Electric towards its goal of building it right the first time.

Kyle- Project Coordinator

As a Tri-City native, Kyle understands the unique market for business and development. He has lived in and worked in larger metro markets including Spokane and Portland, Ore. Kyle developed an interest in real estate during his years at Washington State University.
After graduating from WSU he attended graduate school for Real Estate Development at Portland State University.  Living and working in larger metro markets gives him an appreciation for living and working in the Tri Cities (lack of traffic ).  Kyle’s experience mix of business, real estate, and construction supports his role in developing and managing the business end of Built Construction and Electric.
